Does a manager cost you money?

Silly question but one that does get asked! Yes a manager does cost you money and because every situation is different the cost would be discussed at an informal pre acceptance meeting.

What will you do for me as my manager?

My job as your manager covers many things such as image and profile building, website design, musical and career direction, negotiating booking fees and contracts, negotiating possible record and recording contracts, logistics, travel arrangements, sound and lighting technical advice, band member disputes, in fact a never ending list of responsibilities that can get as big as you become.

Does having a manager guarantee me success?

No

Does having a manager increase my chances of success?

Arguably yes, but you should always be aware that the music business is one of the hardest businesses to succeed in. Some of the best talent in The World never makes it big time. But if you take a professional focused approach the more you put into it the greater the chance of success and a good manager will increase the odds of your career moving forward and leading on to some level of success.

Can I offer any guarantees of your career becoming more successful?

There are no guarantees in the music business but I can increase your chances

What am I looking for in a band, singer or entertainment artist for me to consider signing them up for a management contract?

I am only interested in signing a management contract with people that have genuine talent, ambition, dedication, realistic expectations, great personalities, stable relationships with family and friends, no drugs, no baggage and no personal problems.

What experience have I got as a manager?

In brief I started in the music business when I was 15, I am now 54. During many of those 39 years I have worked in various aspects of the music business as a DJ, Sound and Lighting Engineer, a proprietor of an Entertainment Agency, retail Disco and Music shop, and Manufacturing Company producing sound and lighting products, Band Management and Singers Management. This wide experience within the Music industry has me well positioned to help you promote your career taking advantage of my experience and maturity. I could name drop as most people do in this business but I won’t as I am the man that will guide your career not the names that I could impress you with.

This could be your chance to beat the recession and get your career on track.

If you are interested in being considered for management use the form below and I will contact you to arrange an informal meeting to discuss things further.
